Section I: Game Play

6 innings, 3 outs

Umpires determine base-hits

If a team has four players, they may bat all four in the line-up but only play three in the field
-
There must be two umpires and one scorekeeper for each game

UMPIRES have final word on all close calls

Section II: Pitching
-
Pitchers must maintain a moderate speed while pitching (acceptable by the umpires, fast pitches result in an automatic ball)

Each player is allowed to pitch a maximum of 7.0 innings in a two-game set

Once a pitcher exits a game, they cannot return to pitch for the remainder of the game

Section III: Hitting

Single: any ball that passes the single line, untouched dead ball past bunt line, any error by fielder

Double: ball touches outfield fence on a bounce or roll

Triple: ball touches outfield fence on a fly or line

Home run: ball goes over fence

Bunts must past the bunt line in order to be playable

A foul ball that hits the strike zone while the batter has two strikes is an out
-
If a batter makes contact with the strike zone twice in one at-bat, it will result in an automatic out for the player
-
Any intentional contact made from the batter in the attempt to catch a ball thrown at the strike zone will result in an automatic strike for the pitch, or an out if it is a double play/tag up throw

Any fly ball that is hit, not caught in the air, and lands in fair territory will result in a base hit (fly balls will be based off of the umpire's judgment - usually 15 feet or higher)

Section IV: Base-running

There is no base-running from players; only ghost runners are used

Runners advance same amount of bases as base-hit (ex: 2 bases on double)

Runners do not advance on outs, except for a successful sacrifice fly attempt
-
Tag-ups are only allowed with a runner on third base

Batter must call "TAG" on the flight of the ball loud enough for the umpire and position players to hear; no cut-offs are allowed on tag-up throws

Section V: Fielding

Double play/Tag-up throws must make contact with backstop or strike zone (or go through strike zone); must be a quick and smooth turn in order to count as a successful double play

A player may only catch a ball with their hands, any intentional attempt to catch the ball using a shirt or hat will result in an automatic base hit (up to umpire's judgment)

A home run ball that makes contact with a tree or any other object cannot be caught for an out
-
Position players must start in fair territory prior to contact from hitter
-
Players cannot jump over fence in order to rob a home run

Defensive shifts are permitted
-
If a live ball makes contact with a base or another ball in play, it is to be played off of those objects

If a live ball makes contact with a bucket, it is a single
